Client Booking & Commitment Policy

This policy governs the scheduling, payment, and cancellation of all energetic services provided by Spice & Soul Remedies, including Single Sessions and all Package Immersion Programs. This ensures a focused, high-integrity experience for all clients.

1. Booking & Payment

A. Session Scheduling

• All sessions must be booked through our secure online scheduling platform (or direct communication channels like call/text).

• For Package Programs (Rooted & Restored, Urban Sanctuary Immersion): The first session is scheduled upon purchase. Subsequent sessions are ideally scheduled one at a time, allowing for optimal integration between appointments.

B. Payment Terms

• Single Sessions: Full payment is due at the time of booking to confirm the appointment.

• Package Programs (Rooted & Restored, Urban Sanctuary Immersion): Full payment of the package price ($540 or $1050) is required upfront to secure the discounted rate and activate support services (Email Support, Custom Tool creation).

2. Cancellation & Rescheduling

We maintain a strict policy to honor the energetic container we create and protect the practitioner's time.

A. Single Sessions

• 48+ Hours Notice: Full refund or ability to reschedule at no charge.

• 24-48 Hours Notice: 50% of the session fee will be charged, and the remaining 50% is available as a credit for a future booking.

• Less than 24 Hours Notice (or No-Show): The full session fee ($135) is forfeited.

B. Package Sessions (Rooted & Restored / Urban Sanctuary Immersion)

• 48+ Hours Notice: You may reschedule your session at no charge.

• Less than 48 Hours Notice (or No-Show): The session will be considered used and cannot be rescheduled or refunded. This ensures your commitment to the transformation timeline remains firm.

C. Lateness Policy

If you arrive late for your session, the session will still end at the originally scheduled time. The lost time cannot be added to the end of the session, and the full session fee is charged.

3. Package Expiration & Commitment

Package programs are designed for momentum and require commitment to a specific timeline.

A. Rooted & Restored Package (3 Sessions)

• Must be completed within 8 weeks of the purchase date. Any unused sessions after this date are forfeited.

B. Urban Sanctuary Immersion (5 Sessions)

• Must be completed within 12 weeks of the purchase date. Any unused sessions after this date are forfeited.

C. Support Expiration

• Unlimited Email Support for the Urban Sanctuary Immersion expires exactly 12 weeks from the purchase date, regardless of the scheduling of the final session.

• Limited Email Check-ins for the Rooted & Restored package are tracked and expire after the 8-week completion window.

4. Refund Policy

Due to the personalized nature of the support and custom tools created upon enrollment, package purchases represent a commitment to your energetic journey.

• Packages are Non-Refundable: Once a package (Rooted & Restored or Urban Sanctuary Immersion) is purchased, it is non-refundable.

• Non-Transferable: Packages cannot be transferred to another individual.

• Custom Tool Activation: For the Urban Sanctuary Immersion, the creation of your Custom Consultation plan and the Reiki-Infused Kit begins immediately. Therefore, no refunds are available once the initial payment is processed.
